2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 oz. can chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
14 oz. bottle catsup
7 c. water
1 c. flour

Combine 2 pounds of ground beef and chopped onion. Brown and pour off grease. Then add all ingredients except 1 cup of water and 1 cup of flour. Mix these to a paste and add; simmer for 2 hours.
