HOT HOAGIES 
1 lb. chopped ham, chipped
1 lb. Velveeta, chunked
Parsley flakes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped celery
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix salt and pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over remaining ingredients. Marinate overnight. Put into rolls, wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
