TEXAS HOAGIES 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. French's Chili-O Mix
1/2 c. water
8 crusty rolls
8 slices American cheese
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Combine beef, seasonings mix and water. Shape into 8 patties. Broil 10 to 15 minutes. Serve on rolls, topped with cheese, tomatoes and onions. 8 servings.
