ORANGE MANDARIN MOLD 
2 (11 or 15 oz.) mandarin oranges in cans
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 orange Jell-O pkgs.
1 pt. melted orange sherbet
12 cup mold

Drain mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Save liquid. Dissolve 4 orange Jell-O in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Mix well and then add 2 1/4 cups drained fruit liquid. Cool and refrigerate until like unbeaten egg white. Add fruits. Add 1 pint melted orange sherbet. Mix thoroughly. Pour into slightly oiled mold. This is an easy mold to make with little time left the night before a party.
