ORANGE PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes & water
6 oz. can orange concentrate
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Let the above partially set, then add:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
12 maraschino cherries, cut in half (reserve some to decorate plate when unfolded)
1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans (opt.)

Pour into an 8 cup ring mold. Put in the refrigerator for the rest of setting. Serve with lettuce. Adding dressing of mayonnaise and sour cream is delicious.
