PEACH JELL-O SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes peach Jell-O
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
1 lg. jar strained peaches (baby food)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix Jell-O, sugar and water until dissolved. It will need to come to a boil. Remove from heat; add pineapple and peaches. In separate bowl, mix milk and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and add to Jell-O mixture. Sprinkle pecans over top. Refrigerate to congeal.
