PEACH JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. peach Jello
2 c. boiling water (including peach liquid)
1 lg. can peaches, diced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 (8 oz.) c. peach yogurt

Combine Jello and boiling water and refrigerate until syrupy. Blend in yogurt, peaches and vinegar. Chill until firm.
