PEACH JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. peach Jello
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 can sliced peaches

Dissolve 1 package Jello in cup of warm water and add 1 cup of peach juice; also add 1 cup ice cream and melt. Put in refrigerator until firm. Then place peach slices on top. Dissolve other package of Jello with 2 cups of water (one hot, one cold). Put in refrigerator until syrupy and then pour over other.
