PEACH JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. peach Jello
4 tsp. sugar
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
10 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 carton Cool Whip (2 c.)

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Add the boiling water to Jello and sugar and dissolve. Add the Philadelphia cream cheese, beat with electric mixer until smooth (I gradually added the hot Jello to the cheese while mixing). Add the Cool Whip, pineapple and oranges. Put into a 9"x13" pan or a large Jello mold.
