BLUEBERRY PEACH SALAD 
2 c. orange juice
1 (6 oz) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh peaches
1 c. fresh blueberries

Bring orange juice to boil in medium saucepan. Add gelatin, sugar and lemon rind. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white. Gradually add buttermilk and mix well. Fold in peaches and blueberries. Pour mixture into a 6 cup mold; refrigerate until set. Unmold on lettuce lined serving plate.
