ARABIAN PEACH SALAD 
3 to 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. syrup from peaches
1 stick cinnamon
4 to 6 whole cloves
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. cold water
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Drain peaches. Combine vinegar, sugar, syrup and spices. Simmer covered for 10 minutes, strain. Add hot water. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in sliced peaches and nuts. Chill. Serves 10.
