CRAB TARTS 
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) king crab
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced celery
2 med. scallions (1/4 c.) finely minced
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Sprinkle crab with lemon juice. Add celery, scallion, cheese and seasonings; mix well. Spoon into unbaked miniature pastry shells. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until pastry is delicately golden, 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve immediately.
