HOT CRAB SPREAD 
3 oz. crab meat, cut fine
1 tsp. chopped green onion
4 oz. (1 c.) Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
French bread baguette

Shred cheese. Mix everything but the bread together. Slice the baguette, and spread the slices with the crab mixture. Put on a cookie sheet and heat 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot.
