HOT CRAB DIP SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
Sm. amount lemon juice
1 tbsp. cooking sherry

Combine cream cheese with milk. Add crabmeat, onion, salt and pepper. Squeeze in small amount of lemon juice. Add cooking sherry. Blend well and cook in double boiler 20 minutes. Serve warm with snack crackers.
