SISTER MARIA'S HOT CRAB DIP 
This recipe is always served at St. Mary's holiday parties.

8 oz. real crab meat
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Place cream cheese and butter in pan, melt slowly. Heat until cheese is melted and blended with the butter.

Add crab meat, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco Sauce. Mix well.

Serve hot with your favorite crackers.

Makes about 2 cups.

I love this recipe! It's one of my favorite party foods to serve. The crab meat is so tender and the cream cheese adds that richness that makes it so delicious. I usually use two 6 oz. cans of crab meat because I like a thicker dip, but you can go with 8 oz. or even less if you prefer. I also add a bit more Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to make it spicier. You could also add some chopped chives to the mix for extra flavor.
