1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine and mix into 4 cups shredded cabbage and a grated carrot.
