ASPARAGUS DELUXE 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green onions, minced
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. asparagus

Saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Add bacon and pepper. Meanwhile, steam asparagus until tender; drain. Lay out on plate and sprinkle cheese over top, then pour bacon and butter mixture over top. Serve hot.
