ASPARAGUS ROLL-UPS 
1 loaf sliced white bread
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. wedge Roquefort cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans green whole asparagus spears
10 slices fried bacon

Cut crusts from bread. Roll very thin with rolling pin. Spread mayo on bread. Spread cheese mixture on top of mayo and bread. Crumble bacon on top of cheese. Place asparagus spears on top of cheese (use approximately 2 spears per slice). Roll up and brush with melted butter.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot on flat platter.

NOTE: When placing asparagus on slice of bread and mixture, turn bread to form a diamond shape so asparagus spears will not overhang bread.
