ASPARAGUS ON TOAST 
4 slices bacon
4 hard boiled eggs
1 pt. asparagus in 1/2 in. pieces
Toast or English muffins

Fry bacon. Remove from pan. Discard fat. Using same pan melt 4 tablespoons butter, add 4 tablespoons flour and gradually add 1 1/2 cups milk to make a medium white sauce. Add eggs to heat, crumbled bacon and last asparagus which was just cooked and drained.

Serve on toast.

Serves 4.
