LAZY MANS PIEROGIES 
1 lb. box lg. shells
6 med. potatoes
1 pkg. sharp cheese, cut up
2 lg. onions
2 sticks butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook shells until done. Drain; let cool. Cook potatoes until done. Drain. Add cheese and mash; cool. Fry onions in butter; set aside. Spoon potato and cheese mixture into shells; put in a large casserole. Pour onion and butter over and heat for 1/2 hour.
