SHANA'S EASY HOISIN BEEF AND
RICE

This is really easy to make. Great for a low budget and is filling. My husband asks me to make this over and over again!

1 small onion, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
1 small tomato, diced (about 1/3 cup)
1 tbsp. cilantro
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce (I use one with garlic)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Chicago steak seasoning (Weber)
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups rice

Note: Many times the vegetable ingredients can be found, already cut and put together, in the salad section of the grocers.

First, cook 2 cups rice until done, then set aside.

Sauté ground beef until medium, then add onion, tomato, cilantro, Hoisin sauce, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning (it has pepper and extra flavors).

Continue to sauté until hamburger is completely brown; then add rice and stir until completely blended. Serve.
