PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES | |
2 (8 oz.) baking potatoes 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. dried whole oregano 1 egg white, beaten Combine cheese and oregano. Cut each potato into 8 wedges; dip in egg white and dredge in cheese mixture. Place potatoes on sprayed cooking sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Serves 2-4. |
