BUTTERED CHEESE PUFFS 
1 loaf Pepperidge sandwich white
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Butter, melted
Parmesan cheese

Place 3 slices in a stack; remove crusts. Mix egg and milk. Dip middle slice of bread in egg mixture and replace in stack. Cut stack into 9 cubes. Dip each cube in melted butter and then roll in Parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and quick freeze. Repeat each stack until whole loaf is used up. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes or until puffed. Makes 45.
