TORTELLINI WITH BUTTER AND
CHEESE
 
6 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 lb. tortellini
1 stick butter
Grated Parmesan cheese to serve

Bring the broth to a boil, gently drop in the tortellini and simmer for 20 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, heat the butter in a medium pan. Continue to heat the butter until it begins to turn a light brown. Remove at once from the heat. Drain the tortellini, put them in a warmed vegetable dish and pour the butter over. Serve with the grated Parmesan cheese.
