BAKED CABBAGE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can potato soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Buttered bread crumbs or croutons

Put cabbage into buttered 7 x 11 inch casserole dish. Mix potato soup and water and pour over the cabbage. Cover with grated cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes; sprinkle with the bread crumbs or croutons and bake for another 15 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
