BAKED CABBAGE 
5 c. cabbage, sliced off thin
Salt to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
Optional - top casserole with Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

Cook cabbage in salt water. Mix milk and flour. Add butter and cheese. Place cabbage in casserole dish; pour sauce over cabbage. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
