BAKED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
2 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt to taste
Dash of red pepper
1 onion, grated
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. shredded cabbage

Soak bread in the milk for 5 minutes. Add slightly beaten eggs, salt, pepper, onion, and cabbage, mixing well. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
