BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices of bread, remove crusts and cube
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 tsp. prepared mustard
5 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
4 oz. can mushrooms

Layer bread crumbs, sausages and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour the liquid over the layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Let it stand at least 5 minutes before serving. Serves about 8.
