BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Prepare the night before.

6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can mushrooms

In an 8x10 inch pan, layer bread cubes, cheese, sausage, then mushrooms. In medium bowl, mix together milk, eggs, and salt. Pour over layers in pan. LET STAND IN REFRIGERATOR, COVERED, OVERNIGHT. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
