BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
10 slices bread (wheat or white), cubed 2 lbs. pork sausage (or bacon) 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 3/4 c. milk 6 eggs 1 can cream mushroom soup 3/4 tsp. prepared dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. chopped onions Grease a 3-quart casserole dish. Layer 1/2 bread, sausage, and cheese; repeat with another layer. Mix eggs, soup, milk, mustard, salt, and pour over top of layers. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
