BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
10 slices decrusted bread 3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 3 c. milk 6 eggs 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard In a 9x13 pan layer half the bread broken up and cover with half the cheese. Dot with half the butter. Repeat and build a second layer. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the blender and pour on top. Place uncovered in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Can be baked for up to four hours depending on taste and texture preference. Serves 10 to 12 people. |
