QUICK AND EASY PEACH COBBLER 
1 lg. can peaches
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Place peaches and juice in an 8 x 10 baking pan and dot with extra butter. To make pastry, combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in flour.

Drop by tablespoon over peaches. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

This was very easy! My granddaughter, she is 9, baked it and it was good! However, we could not find an 8 x 10 pan. We used a 7 x 11 pan, and added 3 - 5 minutes to the total cook time.

Excellent recipe. Perfect for what I was looking for. Although, I used a large can of peaches and drained 1/4 of the syrup. My husband loved the sprinkle of cinnamon I added on top before baking.
