MOM'S ROSY RED RHUBARB CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
6 c. cut up rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Prepare cake mix according to package directions and put in a 9"x13" pan. Cover with rhubarb then sprinkle with Jello. Blend butter, sugar and flour into a streusel mixture and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
