5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 box white or yellow cake mix
Miniature marshmallows

Cover greased 9 x 13 pan with miniature marshmallows. Mix rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O. Let stand while preparing cake mix according to package directions. Pour cake mix over marshmallows, then cover with the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
