OVEN EASY CHICKEN WITH LEMON
SAUCE
 
1 fryer, cut in serving pieces
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. grated onion

Dip chicken pieces in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in a hot oven. Remove pan from oven, place floured chicken pieces in pan and turn to coat with butter. Bake in a single layer in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, pour sauce made with juice, salt, salad oil and onion over chicken and bake another 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
