CHICKEN BREASTS IN LEMON SAUCE 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 lemon

Saute chicken breasts in the butter. When done, remove from skillet. Add to the butter remaining in the skillet, the mushrooms, parsley, and onion, and one-half of the lemon, cut into thin slices. Squeeze the juice from the remaining half of the lemon and add to the skillet to make a sauce. Simmer 5 minutes and pour over chicken.
