MARINATED LAMB CHOPS | |
1 c. Heinz apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. dried mint leaves, crushed 1 tsp. whole cloves 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 sirloin lamb chops, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick For marinade: Combine first 5 ingredients; pour over chops. Cover; marinate in refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chops from marinade; place on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source, 4 to 5 minutes per side for chops cooked to medium doneness. Makes 4 servings. |
