EASY BAKED LAMB CHOPS 
2 or 3 shoulder chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 slices of pineapple (canned)

Place chops in shallow pan - sprinkle with salt and brown sugar. Place pineapple slice on each chop, add pineapple juice and roast in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally.
