LAMB CHOPS ORIENTAL 
6 shoulder lamb chops
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Trim fat from chops. Place in baking dish. Combine soy sauce, 1/2 cup water and garlic. Pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turn once. Place chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat, about 10 minutes, turn and broil 5 to 8 minutes.
