SOUTH SEAS LAMB CHOPS 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1/3 c. orange juice
6 shoulder lamb chops, 1 inch thick

Combine all ingredients except chops in shallow pan. Place chops in pan and marinate 2 hours, turning after 1 hour. Arrange chops on broiler rack. Place under broiler 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 minutes until brown. Turn chops and brush with marinade them broil 6 to 8 minutes until brown. 6 servings.
