DIT'S GREEK-BROILED LAMB CHOPS 
Mix small amounts of oregano, garlic salt or powder, thyme and mint leaves; pat this mixture into both sides of top quality shoulder lamb chops. Broil until medium rare, turning once, 15 to 20 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with juice of one lemon and remove chops to platter, keeping warm. Pour one cup hot water over the broiler pan, deglazing the juices and crusty bits. Pour this deglazing liquid over the chops before serving.
