TURKISH LAMB CHOPS 
4-6 single or double rib or loin lamb chops
3 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. powdered garlic or 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. each dried basil & thyme
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Mix garlic, herbs and pepper in olive oil. Spread olive oil mixture on both sides of chops. Allow chops to reach near room temperature before frying (about 1 hour out of refrigerator).
