CANDIED PECAN YAMS 
6 med. cooked yams or 3 lbs. canned
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Slice yams and place in a greased baking dish. Mix butter, syrup, sugar and pecans. Pour over yams. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Baste frequently. 6 servings.
