CANDIED YAMS 
2 med. yams
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
Miniature marshmallows

Boil yams until tender. Remove skins. Add butter and mash. Add orange juice and mash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put in dish so it is an inch and a half from top. Pour marshmallows on top. Put in 350 degree oven until marshmallows brown, 10-15 minutes.
