MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (3.9 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 4 eggs, room temp. 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. rum or brandy 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chocolate mint chips 1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts Combine cake mix, pudding, sour cream, eggs, oil and rum. Beat 3-4 minutes. add cup chips and nuts. Stir in. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan, 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack. May use chocolate glaze. |
