CHOCOLATE CHIP MINT CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. coarsely chopped raisins
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. Nestles chocolate mint chips
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl or food processor. Blend 1/2 minute at low speed beat 2 minutes at high speed pour into pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Done when toothpick comes out clean.

CHOCOLATE CHIP GLAZE:

1/2 c. semi sweet chips or pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Mix together in medium saucepan and heat over low flame mixing constantly until melted. Cool slightly then spread over top of chocolate chip mint cake.
