QUICK APPLE PIE | |
1 can (20 oz.) apple slices, undrained 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding & pie filling 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter, melted Combine apples, water, pie filling mix and spices in medium bowl. Stir until blended. Spoon into pie shell. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well. Sprinkle over pie filling in pie shell. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature before serving. To serve warm, let stand 1 hour at room temperature, then heat in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. |
