PARMESAN CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 can 4 cheese tomato sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
linguine noodles

Combine egg and milk in bowl. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in Ziploc bag. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake in crumb mixture. Pour 1/3 can tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet. Brown chicken in skillet 2 to 3 minutes each side. Put in baking dish with sauce. Pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Bake at 425°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over chicken during the last 10 minutes of baking.
