BEEF IN WINE SAUCE 
4 lb. boneless beef chuck in 1 1/2 - 2 inch cubes
Garlic powder (optional)
2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
3/4 c. dry sherry (I use burgundy or white wine)
1 can (8 oz. size) sliced mushrooms

Sprinkle meat lightly with garlic powder. Put in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Mix well, cover and bake. Bake at 325 degrees about 2 hours, until meat is tender. Serves 6-8.
