CORN SCALLOP 
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can cream style corn
Salt
Cracker crumbs

Heat milk in double boiler. Mix butter and flour. Add to hot milk. After it is thickened, add corn, salt and sugar. Blend well.
